Navigating Federal Cybersecurity Regulations

With numerous cybersecurity regulations emerging in the federal space, staying informed and compliant is a continuous challenge. In this session, government experts will discuss the importance of cybersecurity compliance, identify efforts to align regulations, and share insights on how these concurrent regulations enhance overall cybersecurity. The discussion will also cover initiatives and resources that the DoD and major contractors are providing to help small businesses implement current cybersecurity measures, such as the DIBCAC Joint Surveillance program, Project Spectrum, and SBA resources and support. Additionally, we'll explore current legal cases, like the Chevron deference / Loper decision, and their potential effects on these regulations.
